If you are unsure if we participate with your insurance provider or would like to know what your chiropractic benefits are, please don’t hesitate to ask Dr. Kim. Checking your benefits and filing your claims for you is a courtesy that we are happy to provide for you. Please bring with you on your first visit to our office your drivers license and your insurance card so that we may obtain the most current and correct information for you.
Checking on your chiropractic benefits and filing your claims for you is not a guarantee that payment will be made by your insurance company. Benefits that you receive from your insurance provider depend on the contract you have through your employer and your insurance company. You may contact your HR department and your insurance company for your benefits and responsibilities. You are responsible for payment of all services. If you need assistance in this matter, please speak with Dr. Kim and she will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
Motor Vehicle Accidents and Worker’s Compensation
We are currently not accepting new motor vehicle accident or worker’s compensation cases unless it is with an established patient of the practice.
